Pricing FAQ
What does the plan include?
Everything: unlimited WhatsApp Business API check-ins, vacation management, schedules, automatic reminders, legal monthly reports, admin dashboard and email support. No extra charges for any feature.
What is the minimum charge?
The minimum is 4 employees, i.e. €10/month + tax. If you have fewer than 4, you are still billed for 4.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you are not charged anything further.
How is the price calculated if I change the number of employees?
The price updates automatically in the next billing cycle. If you add employees, you are charged proportionally from that day. If you reduce them, the discount applies in the next month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days free without entering a credit card upfront. At the end of the trial, if you want to continue, you enter your payment details and activate the subscription.
What billing invoice will I receive?
You will receive an invoice with your name or company name, tax ID and billing address. Applicable tax depends on your country and company type.
Can I pay with a company card?
Yes. We accept all credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, the most trusted payment processor on the market.
